Though
wealth too is purveyor of necessities,
What piety can give riches cannot,
If the
youth of my nation be courageous and high-minded,
My
dauntless spirit is not less than sovereignty,
Reason
is something else which thou thyself knoweth,
The
downfall of Muslim is not due to poverty,
If in
the world my worth came to limelight,
It was
due to dauntless spirit and not due to wealth.
